WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

You receive your order within 3 to 6 working days*.

You receive your order within 2 to 4 weeks.

Delivery Europe ZONE 2 (Austria, United Kingdom, Spain*, Portugal*, Ireland, Italy)
You receive your order within 2 to 4 weeks.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship goods to Europe, America, Africa, Asia, Ocenia and all over the world!
If you order internationally, you may be subject to customs fees and delivery delays.
For EU countries, prices include standard VAT.
For UK customers, VAT is added at checkout and is not included in the retail price.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM NOT THERE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you are not there to receive your order, it will be placed in your mailbox.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Once the order has been placed, we are unfortunately unable to change the delivery address.
However, you can change it for your next orders from the "Information" page accessible from the home page of our site by clicking on your name.
WHAT ARE YOUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY / CUSTOM & TAXES?
We ship internationally!
Please note that the Esteban Ocon Shop is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order.
All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order by accessing the “History and details of my orders” section accessible from the home page of our site by clicking on your name.
CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?
Please make sure all of your information is correct before placing your order. If you have any questions, please contact us via help@eo31.com.
Once the order has been validated, it is impossible to modify it.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET?
Consult your tracking number from the “History and details of my orders” section accessible from the home page of our site by clicking on your name.
HOW DO I RETURN AN UNSUITABLE ITEM?
If an item does not suit you, you can return it to us within 14 days. The items must be returned to us in a condition that allows them to be relisted for sale. That is to say in their original packaging, without stains or traces of wear, having neither been washed nor worn (except for fitting).
Please contact our after-sales service from the contact page and select the “Returns and Exchanges” section. Without a message from you we will be unable to process your return request.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
If an item does not suit you, you can return it to us within 14 days.
In the case of a quality defect (thread coming undone, print damaged after washing). You have one month to return the item to us.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IF I DON'T LIVE IN FRANCE?
We will not usually accept returns of items outside France although some special cases may be considered.
Damages:
We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping.
However, please contact us if your order is lost or damaged by the carrier and we will file a claim for you: help@eo31.com.
DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN ITEMS?
If you wish to return an item that does not suit you, you are responsible for shipping returns or exchanges.
In the event of a preparation error on our part or a quality defect, the return costs will be refunded to you up to €12.00.
WHAT IS A 1:2 SCALE HELMET?
1:2 scale Mini Helmets are a replica of Esteban's actual Formula 1 race helmet.
It is made by Esteban's helmet manufacturer - Bell Helmets and they are half the size of the actual race helmet he wears.
*Replica helmets will differ slightly to the real race helmet.
**Aerodynamic devices are not included.
THE PRODUCT I WANT TO ORDER IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE?
Our collections are seasonal, so they are on the site while stocks last.
Restockings are possible but not automatic.
Pre-orders: Up to 2-4 weeks for delivery.
